What happens after you have placed your order online?: Our team pick your order up almost immediately. If click and collect is chosen it is taken into our saw mill to be processed. If delivery has been chosen, we recieve the order, and contact you the same day if the order is placed within our working hours, or if it isnt, simply the next working day morning to book a delivery slot/ day that suits you! We always aim to deliver the next working day
