Here at S Keeling's we are able to match to the best of our ability skirting or architrave mouldings from the past due to our extensive library of spindle moulder cutters.

5 Cutter Planer Moulder
5 Cutter Planer Moulder: Ability to mould and plane large volumes of hardwood and softwood timber efficently and to a high standard.
6 Cutter Planer Moulder
Abiltity to mould and plane large volumes of exceptionally heavy and dense hardwood timber efficently and to a high pitch mark free, straight standard.
Spindle Moulder
The most versatile machines on our site, with the ability to mould various lenghts and sections of hardwood and softwood timbers in to architrave and skirting moulds due to our extensive library of high speed steel cutters. Rebate timbers for uses such as door frames and window casements. Bevel timbers whether this be for bevelled skirting or architrave. Groove timbers, for example the fire resistant strip in fire door frames or ware boards.
Planer/ Thicknesser
The ability to plane hardwood and softwood timber up to sizes of 9 inch Sqaure to a degree of half a millimetre accuracy. Whilst providing a pitch free and smooth finish.
Surface Planer
Ability to straighten long and short lenghts of hardwood and softwood timbers of sizes up to 20 inch square.
Wide Belt Sander
Ability to sand hardwoods and softwood timbers to provide a superior finish following planing the timber to finish size. Power fed at two various speeds.
Radial Arm X-Cut
Ability to cross cut hardwood and softwood timbers to length with up to 1 millimetre accuracy.
Dimension Saw
Ability to saw sheet materials of 8'x4', 10'X4' and 10'x5' sizes to exact cutting list sizes. Also used for sawing hardwood and softwood timbers to a high quality finished width.
Morticer's
Morticers are used for cutting square holes into wood, primarily for joints such as the mortice and tenon.
